Insurance Payment for SinuPulse Advanced Nasal Sinus Irrigation System®

For office irrigation and insurance payments use billing code 31000-52. Pulsatile irrigation is generally reimbursed at the rate of $45.00 subject to CPT (diagnosis) and procedure codes. If used with antibiotic or antifungal agents, add for medications.
